PEAK TRUTH CONSULTING
Privacy Policy
Effective: October 13, 2026
PEAK Truth Consulting (“PEAK Truth,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how information submitted through peaktruthconsulting.com, including the Operating at Your PEAK Assessment, booking requests, and contact forms, is handled.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect your name, email address, phone number (if supplied), topics or messages you submit, and requested appointment date and time. For the Operating at Your PEAK Assessment, we also collect questionnaire responses, calculated scores, assessment version, and report details. Technical records may include limited security information, such as pseudonymized IP-related data, timestamps, and submission identifiers.
2. How we use information
We use this information to respond to inquiries, coordinate bookings, administer assessments, generate personalized results and development plans, deliver requested PDFs and confirmation emails, maintain records of requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and protect against abuse. If you separately choose optional marketing communications, we may email PEAK Truth news, resources, or coaching information; you can withdraw that choice at any time by contacting us.
3. Assessment results and limitations
Assessment responses and scores are stored so we can provide your report and maintain your assessment record. The assessment is a developmental self-reflection resource, not a clinical test or a validated psychometric instrument. It should not be used as the sole basis for employment, medical, or other consequential decisions.
4. Email and service providers
Information may be processed through our website hosting and database infrastructure, and through email services involved in sending confirmations and assessment reports. Our site currently uses GoDaddy hosting and Microsoft 365 for the PEAK Truth business mailbox. Some automated messages may be transmitted by the hosting provider's email system. We do not sell your assessment responses or contact information.
5. Storage and security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including restricted server-side database configuration and HTTPS. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. We limit access to submitted information to people or service providers who need it for the purposes described here.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide requested services, maintain appropriate business records, resolve issues, and satisfy applicable legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information; some records may need to be retained where legally necessary. We will review such requests and respond as required by applicable law.
7. Your choices
Providing an email address is necessary to receive assessment reports and booking responses. Marketing consent is separate and optional. You can ask us about the information associated with your email address or withdraw marketing consent by contacting us.
8. Cookies and external links
Parts of the site and external services, such as embedded resources or linked social-media platforms, may use cookies or similar technologies. Third-party destinations have their own privacy practices. We will update this notice if additional analytics, tracking, or marketing tools are introduced.
9. Children's privacy
The site and leadership assessment are intended for adults and professional audiences. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review the request.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy and effective date on this page.
